Who is responsible for the data

How site analytics works

The site counts page views and clicks on marked buttons as daily totals. Analytics rows do not contain a name, phone number, cookie, persistent visitor identifier, full IP address, full User-Agent, or the full source-page URL. To limit request frequency, the server temporarily keeps a separate keyed HMAC digest of the connection address. The raw address and full User-Agent are not written to analytics rows; the User-Agent is used only to assign a broad device and browser category. Totals contain the date, site route, language, source domain, and approved UTM fields.

The site does not collect the search queries people enter into Google. Google Search Console shows the site owner aggregate search-query data. A UTM term is a keyword label supplied by an advertising system, not the actual search query. A button click does not confirm a call, message, booking, or created lead; blockers and disabled JavaScript can make counts incomplete.

Technical logs and security

When processing analytics, the server temporarily keeps a separate keyed HMAC digest of the connection address to limit request frequency. The raw address and full User-Agent are not included in analytics rows; the User-Agent is read only to assign a broad device and browser category. The hosting provider may keep its own technical logs under its settings and retention rules.

Directions and external services

The interactive Google Maps map on the home page does not load until a visitor opens it. Once opened, the browser sends a request to Google; the service may receive the IP address, standard technical request data, and the site origin allowed by the configured referrer policy. You can also open the map using the separate link. Google processes data under its own terms. The site does not receive WhatsApp message contents; WhatsApp processes information sent to it under its own terms.

Cookies and analytics

The public analytics script does not set or read cookies or localStorage. The site does not show an analytics choice or consent pop-up. The secured administration panel may use technical cookies required for sign-in; they are not used for visitor analytics.

Retention, recipients, and hosting

Daily aggregate analytics rows are kept for no more than 90 days and are deleted during the next storage cleanup. Analytics contains no visitor identifier and is not sent to advertising systems or the CRM.

Consultation-request details — name, phone number, selected contact method, practice area, and preferred time — are processed separately from analytics to answer the request and deliver it to the configured recipient. The request and its delivery queue are kept for up to 29 days; the form separately collects consent to process details to answer the request. The test environment uses test mode and does not send real requests to an external recipient.

For access, correction, or deletion of consultation-request data, contact Golden Lawyers through the details on this site. Aggregate analytics is not linked to an individual visitor, so the site cannot find a row by name or phone number.
