Golden Lawyers is a law firm in Almaty for individuals and businesses. We analyse documents and circumstances, build the legal position, negotiate and represent clients in court. Vehicle matters (accidents, insurance disputes, vehicle documents) are handled by our separate Autohelp practice.
Agreeing the instructions
Before work begins, we agree the task, the person handling it, the stages of involvement and the fee. A consultation, document preparation and representation have different scopes. The selected stage and its limits are agreed when accepting instructions.
